The Full Stack Developer will build and scale digital products, develop user-facing features, enhance web applications, and collaborate with teams for feature delivery.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to help build and scale our digital products, including a
real estate analytics platform powered by large datasets. You’ll work across the stack to deliver
user-facing features, data-driven interfaces, and performant web applications.
You’ll be part of a product-focused team responsible for the full development lifecycle, from
ideation to deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern
frameworks, experimenting with AI-assisted development (including tools like Claude Code),
and turning complex data into intuitive user experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize marketing pages, user flows, and overall site experience
- Develop high-performance ad units (experience with GAM/GPT is a plus)
- Enhance and maintain a high-traffic headless WordPress application (Next.js frontend)
- Build scalable APIs, services, and data-driven interfaces
- Work with large datasets to create clear, user-friendly visualizations
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to ship features quickly
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to improve speed and code quality
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and/or Next.js
- Experience working with WordPress (headless experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Experience building responsive, performant web applications
- Familiarity with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD)
- Experience working with databases and data-heavy applications
- Understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ad tech (GAM, GPT)
- Experience with data visualization or analytics platforms
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and workflows
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits:
The annual compensation range for this position is $110-120k. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
