General Liability Litigation Attorneys

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has excellent opportunities for experienced General Liability attorneys in its New York City office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in general liability, including personal injury, property damage, Labor Law, workers’ compensation, casualty, trucking and/or transportation, and we welcome all experience levels and practice areas to apply. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. This position involves engagement in complex litigation. As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
