Netflix Ads is scaling rapidly, transitioning from early product-led ad offerings to a solution-oriented, consultative selling organization. To achieve our ambitious long-term revenue targets, we are instilling a consistent, client-first selling methodology across all global markets.


As the Global Enablement Manager, Ad Sales, you will play a pivotal role in evolving and scaling our global commercial methodology.


In this role, you will design, deliver, and continuously refine practice-heavy learning programs, manager coaching toolkits, and AI-driven experiences. You will partner closely with global Sales and Account Management, Regional Enablement teams, Product Marketing (PMM), Market Activation, and Commercial Leadership across UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC to ensure 80–90% global core consistency with 10–20% regional flexibility.


Key Responsibilities
1. Global Sales Methodology & Strategy Evolution
  • Evolve, scale, and operationalize our proprietary sales methodology across core commercial phases.
  • Drive the adoption of our evolving go to market approach
  • Ensure global consistency across commercial narratives while establishing frameworks for local adaptation to address regional advertiser dynamics.
2. Experiential Curriculum & Workshop Delivery
  • Design and facilitate high-impact, practice-first interactive workshops, role-play sessions, and specialized labs
  • Lead the transition toward internal facilitation and a sustainable Train-the-Trainer model, equipping local enablement leads and sales champions to scale workshop delivery efficiently.
  • Integrate modern learning technology, including on-demand practice platforms, AI role-play assistants, and custom LLM tools to embed continuous learning.
3. Manager Coaching & Leadership Enablement
  • Build and maintain manager toolkits, coaching guides, and meeting frameworks that empower sales leaders to reinforce NWOS behaviors in 1:1s and team environments.
  • Facilitate global and regional workshops, leveraging frameworks to drive manager sponsorship and accountability.
4. Cross-Functional Operating Model Alignment
  • Partner closely with market activation functions to align enablement priorities with commercial launch tierings and product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed solution playbooks, custom insight decks, more into day-to-day sales workflows.
5. Measurement, Impact & Behavioral Analytics
  • Track quantitative and qualitative program metrics, targeting >4.5/5 participant satisfaction, +20% confidence improvement, and measurable sales behavior changes.
  • Establish global feedback loops and measurement dashboards to assess seller application in live client meetings, pipeline progression, and account growth.

Qualifications & Core Competencies
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Media Sales, Enterprise Ad Sales Enablement, Commercial Readiness, Curriculum Design, or Consultative Sales Leadership within CTV, digital media, or ad tech platforms.
  • Methodology Expertise: Deep expertise in consultative, outcome-based sales methodologies (e.g., Discovery, Value-Based Selling, Challenger, Solution Selling).
  • Global Scale: Proven track record of designing, scaling, and managing multi-region enablement initiatives across North America (UCAN), EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Innovation & AI Capabilities: Demonstrated experience integrating AI learning tools, role-play coaches, and automated workflows into sales enablement programs.
  • Facilitation Mastery: Exceptional live and virtual facilitation skills, adept at engaging senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams in experiential, practice-heavy settings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to navigate complex matrices, building alignment across Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Systems Readiness, and Sales Leadership.
  • Culture Alignment: Embodiments of Netflix culture – operating with high autonomy, curiosity, candor, selflessness, and a commitment to freedom and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience building or scaling internal Train-the-Trainer networks across international offices.
  • Familiarity with CTV ad stack architectures, programmatic buying models, and audience measurement methodologies.
  • Experience designing onboarding tracks and immersion programs for client-facing ad sales roles.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $185,000.00 - $315,000.00.

We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
