Keeper Security is hiring a Senior Google Cloud & Gemini Enterprise Administrator to join our IT organization and manage Keeper’s Google Cloud, Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise environments. This role offers 100% remote work.

About the Job

The Google Cloud & Gemini Enterprise Administrator will report to the Director of IT and serve as a key technical resource for Keeper’s Google Cloud and enterprise AI environments. You will administer Google Cloud projects, identity and access controls, Gemini Enterprise licensing and configuration, enterprise data integrations and related Google Workspace services. You will work closely with IT, Information Security, Compliance and business stakeholders to ensure Google and Gemini services are secure, scalable and configured according to enterprise governance requirements. This role requires strong hands-on Google administration experience along with an understanding of identity, security, SaaS administration and emerging enterprise AI technologies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administer Google Cloud projects, IAM roles, service access and related enterprise cloud configurations
  • Manage Google Workspace administrative settings, users, groups, permissions and security controls
  • Administer Gemini Enterprise licensing, user access, administrator roles and platform configuration
  • Configure and maintain identity and authentication integrations supporting Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise
  • Implement least-privilege access controls and role-based permissions across Google Cloud and Gemini Enterprise environments
  • Configure and manage Gemini Enterprise data connectors and enterprise data sources
  • Support integrations between Gemini Enterprise and platforms such as Google Drive, Jira, Slack, Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint and other enterprise systems
  • Administer security and data-access controls governing how Gemini Enterprise interacts with organizational information
  • Configure AI security and governance controls, including appropriate protections for prompts, sensitive data and enterprise content
  • Monitor platform usage, access activity, logs and administrative events to identify issues or security concerns
  • Partner with Data Privacy, Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure Google and Gemini environments align with Keeper security and governance requirements
  • Troubleshoot complex access, licensing, identity, connectivity and configuration issues across Google Cloud, Workspace and Gemini Enterprise
  • Manage user lifecycle, licensing and access provisioning for Google and Gemini services
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, access policies, administrative procedures and support processes
  • Evaluate new Google Cloud, Workspace and Gemini Enterprise capabilities and recommend improvements to security, usability and operational efficiency
  • Support deployment and governance of custom Gemini agents and enterprise AI workflows
  • Assist business teams with adoption of approved Gemini Enterprise capabilities and enterprise AI best practices
  • Use scripting, APIs and automation where appropriate to streamline administrative and provisioning workflows
  • Use AI-enabled tools effectively to improve technical research, troubleshooting, documentation and workflow efficiency

 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise cloud, SaaS, identity or IT systems
  • Strong hands-on experience administering Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace environments
  • Experience with Google Cloud IAM, roles, permissions, projects and organizational access controls
  • Experience managing Google Workspace users, groups, security settings and administrative controls
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, authentication, authorization and least-privilege principles
  • Experience administering or supporting enterprise AI platforms, Gemini Enterprise, Gemini for Google Workspace or similar AI-enabled enterprise technologies
  • Experience managing SaaS licensing, user provisioning and enterprise application access
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data security, data access and governance principles
  • Experience troubleshooting complex cloud, identity and SaaS configuration issues
  • Familiarity with APIs, scripting or automation using Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script or similar technologies
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to work across IT, Security, Compliance and business teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate emerging AI capabilities and balance usability with enterprise security and governance requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week when required for projects or operational needs

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.

7. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.

Exceptions:

  • You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
  • You're hired (transfers to employee records)
