Responsible for team development, workload prioritization, capacity planning, scheduling, processes, and design tools, the Graphic Design & Brand Manager partners closely with the Creative Director to establish long-term department goals and ensure the Consigli brand is expressed consistently and effectively across all strategic initiatives. This position combines brand strategy, creative leadership, and hands-on design execution, overseeing a team of designers while contributing to high-priority projects.

- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints, including proposals, signage, digital platforms, print materials, and apparel.
- Refine design standards, quality control measures, and review processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Manage workflow and team capacity across multiple concurrent projects and competing deadlines.
- Direct the design and production of marketing collateral, including project case studies, presentations, brochures, signage, and business development pursuit materials.
- Oversee visual content for the website, digital platforms (Ceros, Mailchimp, etc.), social media, and internal communications.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, signage providers, and software partners.
- Ensure brand consistency across regional offices, project sites, and company communications.
- Develop templates and design systems that enable non-designers to create brand-compliant materials.
Key Skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple deadlines across departments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives, business development leaders, and internal stakeholders.
Required Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in graphic design and brand management, ideally within the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction), real estate, or B2B industries.
- Proven experience leading and developing a team of designers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand strategy, brand systems, and applied design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Ceros or similar interactive design platforms, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience designing for both print and digital media, including large-format signage and environmental graphics.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
