We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content for digital and print platforms. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing, communications, sales, and other teams to create designs that effectively communicate the company's brand, products, services, and messaging.
The ideal candidate has strong visual-design skills, an excellent understanding of branding and typography, proficiency with professional design software, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create original graphics, layouts, illustrations, and visual concepts for digital and print materials.
- Develop designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and other marketing materials.
- Create graphics that follow established brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, and management teams to understand project requirements.
- Translate creative briefs, ideas, and business objectives into effective visual designs.
- Develop concepts, design mockups, and present creative ideas for review and approval.
- Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and project requirements.
- Prepare final artwork for digital publishing and professional printing.
- Resize and adapt designs for different platforms, screen sizes, advertising formats, and social media channels.
- Select appropriate fonts, colors, imagery, layouts, and other visual elements.
- Edit and retouch photographs and other visual assets when needed.
- Create and maintain templates for recurring marketing and business materials.
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, fonts, images, and project documentation.
- Ensure all final designs are accurate, polished, and free of errors.
- Stay informed about current design trends, technology, tools, and industry standards.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and business needs.
- Communicate project status, deadlines, and potential issues to relevant team members.
- Work with printers, photographers, vendors, developers, and other outside partners when necessary.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility, technical, formatting, and production requirements.
- Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Previous professional graphic-design experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency with professional graphic-design software.
- Strong creative and conceptual-thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
