About Maki

Maki is the AI-native hiring platform trusted by enterprise teams at H&M, Capgemini, Deloitte, PwC, EY, FIFA, Nespresso and dozens of other Fortune 2000 companies. Our AI agents (Mochi for voice screening, Shiro for skills assessment...) are rebuilding how large organizations hire at scale.

We're roughly 60 people across New York, Paris and London, growing fast, and expanding the NYC team.

The role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing to own end-to-end pipeline generation for Maki. You'll work directly with the CEO and a small GTM operating team to design, build and ship growth initiatives that actually move pipeline.

This is a builder role. Not a brand marketing role. Not a reporting role. You should come in with a blank page and leave every week with campaigns live.

What you'll do

  • Own the full-stack growth motion: paid (LinkedIn, Google), SEO/SEM, inbound, creative outbound, lifecycle, partnerships.

  • Generate 1M+ in pipeline per quarter, working hand in hand with the BDR team and AEs.

  • Design and execute creative lead gen experiments. Think targeted physical mailers to C-level HR buyers, unconventional LinkedIn plays, personalized outreach at enterprise scale.

  • Partner with product and content to turn Maki's AI story into conversions.

  • Ship fast, measure ruthlessly, kill what doesn't work.

Who you are

  • 2 to 5 years at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally as a founder associate, growth lead, or early GTM hire.

  • Track record of building pipeline from zero. You've owned a number, not assisted one.

  • Creative and scrappy. You come up with lead gen ideas that no one else would try, and you know how to run them.

  • Execution-first. More live campaign by Friday, fewer slides on Monday.

  • Comfortable operating with minimal oversight, reporting into the CEO.

  • Bonus: experience selling AI, HR tech, or into Fortune 2000 buyers.

Why this role

  • Direct access to the founders, no middle layer.

  • Flexible budget for experiments that work.

  • Real autonomy, real ownership, visible impact on the company's trajectory.

  • Visa sponsorship for the right profile.

  • Compensation in line with top-tier NYC B2B SaaS.
