What you'll do

- Manage paid advertising on Meta and Google from start to finish, including creative, audience targeting, budgets and landing pages, as new offerings launch.
- Produce written marketing assets such as email campaigns, web pages, customer stories and social posts that explain the offering simply.
- Set up the analytics stack that tracks performance and attributes results across every channel and partner.
- Define acquisition cost, attribution models and channel return on investment, and move budget toward the strongest performers.
- Meet weekly with founders, sales and product to share learnings that inform future priorities.
- Over time, hire and lead a marketing team.
