Franchise Sales Leader
Salary: $170,000 + Incentive Growth Bonus
Ideally located in New York, but NJ,PA,CT,MA are ok. Candidates would need to be ok with
being in New York (HQ) to start and travel for discovery days.
Person will have 1-2 Sales Reps and 1-2 Sourcers underneath them.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead franchise development efforts for both healthcare staffing and home care brands.
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.
● Manage the full franchise recruitment process — from lead generation to deal close.
● Present the franchise opportunity to qualified candidates, articulating brand value and
ROI.
● Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow and brand positioning.
● Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless franchise onboarding
and success.
● Track KPIs and maintain accurate sales reporting across both brands.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in franchise sales or development, preferably in healthcare or
service industries.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling franchise networks.
● Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others build successful businesses.
