Fastest-Growing AI-Native PropTech Company in the World

About Henry

Henry is the AI deal platform for commercial real estate. Brokers use Henry Deal to run the entire deal workflow: agentic comps, underwriting, and instantly generated deal materials like pitch decks, BOVs, and offering memoranda. We're the fastest-growing AI-native proptech company in the world, backed by tier one VCs including YC. Teams from all of the largest commercial real estate brokerages are on the platform.

Why Now

Henry has real momentum. Customers love it, demand keeps growing, and the industry knows our name. Now we want to turn that momentum into a growth engine that reaches every CRE professional who should be on Henry.

The problem is capacity. Today, growth is split across a handful of people and outside partners. Newsletter ads, paid LinkedIn, case studies, organic content, and conferences each sit with a different person or agency, often whoever happens to be available. Each piece moves on its own, and nobody is tracking results across all of it. That got us here, and it won't get us to the next stage.

We need one person to pull it all together, own every channel that brings in demand, figure out which ones work, and scale them.

What You'll Own
  • The growth plan, end to end. You define what counts as an MQL (marketing qualified lead), build the targets by channel, and own the number every week.

  • Conferences and booths. Pick the shows worth going to, plan the booth, and make sure we leave with meetings, not just a stack of badges scanned.

  • Events and webinars. Run our own events and webinars that CRE professionals actually want to attend, and turn attendees into pipeline.

  • Paid acquisition. Own SEO, SEM, and LinkedIn ads. Test fast, cut what doesn't convert, and put more money behind what does.

  • Content, case studies, and testimonials. Turn our best customers into proof. Case studies, testimonials, and content that sales can use in every deal.

  • Gifting campaigns. Design thoughtful gifting campaigns that get us in front of the brokers and executives we most want to reach.

  • Email sequencing. Build custom sequences by segment and stage that move people from first touch to booked meeting.

  • Knowing the customer and the product. You know our ICP cold: which brokers, teams, and firms buy Henry, and why. You know the product well enough to demo it yourself. You can't market something you don't understand.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years in growth or demand generation, with at least 2 years owning the pipeline number at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company

  • You've run many channels at once: events, paid, content, and email. You know how to measure each one and when to kill one.

  • A builder. There's no playbook to inherit. You start from a blank page and a target.

  • Scrappy enough to do it yourself. You'll write the email, brief the designer, and pack the booth box if that's what it takes.

  • Commercially minded. You care about meetings and revenue, not likes and impressions.

  • A massive chip on your shoulder. You've been overlooked, doubted, or counted out. You have something to prove and no one is going to stop you.

  • You're in NYC or willing to relocate (in-person, 5 days/week).

  • You're ready to work 60+ hours a week because you're hungry, not because someone's watching the clock.

Bonus Points If You
  • Have marketed to CRE, capital markets, or financial services

  • Have built a growth function from zero at a Series A to C startup

  • Have run both an enterprise and a self-serve funnel

What You Get
  • A blank canvas with a real budget and a category-defining product customers already love

  • The fastest path to VP of Marketing at a company that will need one

  • Equity in a venture-backed company growing faster than we can staff

  • A founder who will fight alongside you and get out of your way once you're rolling
