Streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness channel. It’s becoming a core part of the performance marketing mix, alongside search and social. Vibe.co is building the platform that makes TV work like the rest of the acquisition stack: targeted, measurable, and optimized for results.
Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform that gives marketers the tools to reach the right audiences, optimize campaigns in real time, and understand what’s actually driving business outcomes. With hyper-targeted segmentation, AI-powered recommendations, real-time optimization, and incrementality measurement, Vibe brings the precision and accountability of digital advertising to the biggest screen in the house.
Today, more than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach 120 million+ households. And in August 2026, Vibe.co became a Walmart company, opening up a new chapter for the business and the industry. With Walmart’s first-party data and purchase signals now part of the Vibe platform, advertisers can connect TV advertising to real-world transactions and measure the impact of CTV with a level of precision previously associated with platforms like Google and Meta.
This is a unique moment to join Vibe. With Walmart’s scale, data, and reach behind us, we’re building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel.

About the Role
You'll build and lead Marketing Science at Vibe- the first hire in a brand-new function, reporting to Vibe's VP of Product. You'll represent the data side of the client relationship, bridging Vibe's technical capabilities with each client's business outcomes, working closely with Sales and Client Success to win and retain business, with Product to shape measurement features, and directly with clients and measurement partners. This role exists because as Vibe moves upmarket, clients need deeper proof of performance and a consultative partner who speaks the language of the numbers. You'll define how Vibe measures success, moving clients from simple attribution to true incrementality, with a mandate to prove Vibe's value beyond vanity metrics, establish measurement authority with client CMOs and Heads of Performance, and build the team from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Measurement Strategy & Frameworks

  • Define Vibe's measurement strategy, moving clients along the measurement maturity curve

  • Build scaled frameworks for Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, MTA, MMM, and Brand Lift

  • Own client-side measurement logic, keeping every number we report statistically sound

  • Partner with Product and Data Engineering to automate measurement frameworks into the platform

Partnering & Influence

  • Manage executive relationships with measurement partners like AppsFlyer, Adjust, and verification providers

  • Lead presentations with client leadership, translating complex data into clear recommendations

  • Design proof-of-concept tests with Sales that unlock budget from skeptical prospects

  • Resolve data discrepancies between Vibe and client data with transparency

Hands-On Analysis

  • Dive into SQL and raw data to troubleshoot underperforming accounts

  • Design A/B tests and lift studies that isolate what's actually driving results

  • Separate correlation from causation in a real-time programmatic environment

  • Publish vertical-specific insights that Sales and Marketing use to educate the market

Team Building & Scale

  • Hire and develop a team of Data Analysts and Marketing Science managers

  • Coach the team on statistical rigor and on telling a story with data

  • Build playbooks for campaign performance that Sales and CS teams can reuse

  • Shape how the Marketing Science team scales alongside revenue growth

What You Need

  • 6-7+ years in ad tech/performance marketing at a major platform or a measurement company, with fluency in MMPs, pixels, post-backs, and attribution windows

  • Hands-on experience running Incrementality, Conversion Lift, Geo Lift, MMM, or MTA studies

  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on data exploration- you're a player-coach, not just a manager

  • Track record presenting data-driven recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders, using numbers to defend budget and drive revenue

  • Experience building a team: hiring, coaching, and scaling analysts

  • Ability to structure ambiguous client challenges into clear analytical projects with actionable next steps

Nice to Haves

  • Known and connected in the measurement or performance marketing space

  • Existing relationships with measurement partners or industry contacts

Our Values
At Vibe, we run on three values: Impact, Ambition, and Urgency. We tie every goal to a real business outcome, think 10x rather than settling for good enough, and move daily rather than waiting for perfect conditions.

You'll thrive here if you own outcomes without needing direction, default to action, and hold yourself to results, not effort.

This is a high-performance environment with high-performance rewards: you'll work alongside people who push you, with real ownership over hard problems in a market that's moving fast.

If that sounds like the best version of your career, we want to meet you.

What We Offer
For candidates in New York, NY, the pay range for this role is 215,000-300,000.

At Vibe, we want you to build something, own something, and grow fast. Here's how we back that up:

  • Variable pay — Based on real Vibe business goals.

  • Hybrid flexibility — We're in NYC's Flatiron District and our team is in 3x a week!

  • Full health coverage — Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) with matching — We invest in your future, not just your output.

  • Unlimited PTO — Take the time you need. We measure results, not hours.

  • Parental leave — Paid leave for all parents.

  • Annual offsite — The whole team, once a year, somewhere worth the trip.

Our Interview Process
We respect your time. Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises, no ghosting.

  • Recruiter screen — 30 min. We'll share context; you'll share yours.

  • Manager interview — Meet the person you'd work with directly.

  • Case study interview — A real problem, not a trick. We'll work through it together.

  • Calibration interview — A senior leader joins to ensure we're holding a consistent, high bar.

  • Offer — Fast. We don't let good decisions sit.
