Job Overview
We are currently seeking a full time Level I/II MAC and PC Support Engineer with a 1+ years of extensive hands on experience with the following: iMac and Macbook repairs, also all OSX operating systems. Support all MAC and Windows environments on site.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone support and remote remediation for workstation issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer system problems across a broad range of technologies
- Provide remote installations of new software and upgrades
- Provide remote installation of service Packs and security updates
- Provide onsite support and installations to clients when necessary
- Provide help desk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems and desktop applications
- Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Cisco Phone Systems a plus
- Certifications a plus
