- Manage and service a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs.
- Review insurance programs and identify potential coverage gaps or exposures.
- Advise clients regarding risk management and coverage solutions.
- Coordinate renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and carrier communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriting partners.
- Deliver exceptional service and responsiveness to affluent clientele.
- Maintain accurate documentation and account records within the agency management system.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience servicing Personal Lines insurance accounts.
- Prior High-Net-Worth Personal Lines experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of complex personal insurance programs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
