THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a part-time Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our NYC headquarters, and help create a welcoming, well-organized, and people-first workplace.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site, working with people, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll report and partner closely with our Operations & Workplace lead to support office operations and employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the office is clean, organized, and running smoothly day to day
• Manage relationships with office vendors (cleaning, catering, supplies, etc.)
• Oversee office supplies, swag, and inventory
• Support onboarding and office access for employees and guests
• Assist with meeting logistics and small office events
• Help bring employee experience and culture initiatives to life in the office

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in office management, operations, or a similar role (a plus)
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
• Able to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Passionate about creating a positive, people-first workplace experience
• Spanish proficiency is a plus

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

Compensation Range: $50.00 per hour.

The range represents total compensation, and may include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.

This compensation range represents Cyera’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Cyera may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Cyera’s sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Cyera’s business and other operational considerations.

Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
