POSITION OVERVIEW
Support the HR department with monthly presentations, employee relations, benefits, training, and gain knowledge of day-to-day within the HR department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Create monthly meetings and present to employees• Employee relations, benefits, HRIS• Support the HR department as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:• Understanding of HIPAA & human resource daily activities
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:• High School Diploma• Currently Attending a College or University• HR Internship
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)• Self Motivated, Quick Learning, Hard Worker
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:• Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.• Fast Paced Environment
