HR Recruiter
Riskified, a successful and well-funded Israeli fraud prevention startup in hyper-growth is seeking a Recruiter to help us grow our dynamic US team.
Our NYC team is expected to grow by over 100% in the near future and we’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated team member to join us. As a Recruiter, you will be involved with a full cycle recruiting process - attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to join the Riskified team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish
- Work with hiring managers to write and manage job descriptions
- Source and attract candidates using social media, job boards and placement agencies
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting to grow Riskified’s candidate pipeline
- Screen job applications and conduct interviews
- Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates during the selection process
- Advise and assist staff and management regarding employment standards and legislation, such as workers compensation, labour laws and regulations, benefits, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with the office’s employees in order to understand internal processes, needs, and potential issues
- Liaise with management on employee relations issues
- Ensure that HR processes and procedures are aligned with headquarters directives and spirit
- At least 3 years work experience as an in-house Recruiter at a hi-tech/startup company - MUST
- Working knowledge of US Employment Law
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & other social media recruitment tools
- Hands-on experience in recruiting customer facing positions (Marketing, Sales, Biz Dev etc)
- BA in relevant field, Master’s degree - an advantage
- Autodidactic and independent approach
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills as well as a keen attention to detail
- Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S. for purpose other than practical training
