We have entered an exciting stage of high growth and we are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition 

to take a metrics driven approach to building and leading a world class talent acquisition strategy.  The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for end to end talent acquisition operations by partnering with our organizational leaders to support and anticipate hiring needs, define, track and measure talent acquisition KPIs that ensure we are hitting all of our growth initiatives, and create a positive and DEI focused candidate experience that allows mParticle to be a trailblazer in a competitive market.

What You’ll Own:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy.  Develop a talent acquisition strategy and team to provide a constant pipeline of top tier, diverse talent to support significant YOY growth objectives 
• Design and build a recruitment team that will support and enhance our recruiting practices amidst periods of significant growth 
• Act as a subject matter expert on all underlying systems, reporting strategies, processes and data sources.
• Advocate for hiring practices, processes, tools and training that enable and support our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion 
• Data Driven Approach: Define, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics to ensure that our talent acquisition programs and strategy are optimized and hitting our ambitious goals 
• Own TA data quality and development, as well as ongoing support and enhancement of performance dashboards
• World Class Candidate Experience:  Create an equitable and inclusive interview process that thoroughly vets candidates while ensuring candidates receive an engaging and respectful experience 

Necessary Experience:

• 6-10 years of recruiting experience (a blend of both internal and agency exp a plus) 
• 4+ years building and leading the recruitment strategy in high-growth startups 
• The mParticle People Tech stack includes ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR and Greenhouse ATS
