As a Director of Talent Acquisition you will lead and grow our TA team in New York and Denver. Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition in Tel Aviv you will be responsible for the effective development and the delivery of our Americas recruitment process and be a key part of the growth and development of our global organisation!


Being both hands-on, tactical and data focused, you will lead our current team of 4 talent partners as well as the continued expansion of the team. Our TA team is responsible for hiring across Sales, Business Development, Business Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, HR and People functions and is in full hyper-growth mode! The business has hired 100 people globally in Q1 and our overall headcount in New York has expanded from 30 employees pre-covid to over 150 today!!


Our high-performing TA team is extremely passionate about candidate experience, employer branding and DEI recruiting initiatives, with each team member taking on special projects along with their recruiting responsibilities. You will be responsible for overseeing completion of projects, giving advice and feedback on initiatives across the New York and Tel Aviv teams (when they overlap) with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder manager experience as we continue to grow the #FaMelio! 


How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead all sourcing and recruiting strategies for the US team
  • Manage, coach, and empower our team of talent partners
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide hiring forecasts to leadership
  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and suggest solutions accordingly
  • Develop procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire, candidate satisfaction and hiring velocity.
  • Work closely with leadership a trusted advisor for our continued growth plans
  • Hands on recruitment for niche / strategic roles as needed


What We’d Love To See

  • 2+ years experience in a similar type of role
  • 5+ years recruiting experience in a high growth environments (extra points for SaaS / B2B companies)
  • Experience managing a scaling TA team in a hypergrowth setting (big numbers don’t scare you!!) 
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Create, teach, and foster diversity and inclusion best practices in all aspects of selection, assessment, and hiring.
  • Highly data-driven with ability to manage headcount plans, progress against hiring goals, and all other operational metrics to ensure the success of the team and business.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking and identifying new tools to support automation and assessment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
