Job Description

We're excited to recruit a top-tier leader for our newly formed Enterprise Change Management center of excellence at MSK. This is a prime opportunity to drive our organization-wide philosophy and approach for high-priority initiatives including our Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence program.

Reporting to the VP, Talent and Organization Development, you will focus on:

• Building an enterprise-wide change capability by defining, developing, and deploying a set of change management services and tools.
• Directly supporting the change and communications needs of critical projects.
• Providing visibility to senior leadership into change impacts across the institution in support of strategic prioritization.
• Developing a team of change management, communications, and training specialists who will provide both consulting and specialist support across the organization.

Our ideal candidate is:

• An experience leader with a growth mindset, global perspective, and business insight to create vision and purpose
• 7-10+ years of diverse, large-scale change management and transformation experience
• Able to move easily between high-level strategy creation and more tactical, project-planning discussion with both team members and executives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
