We are looking for a Head of People to help us build a high-performing, mission-driven, and kind team as Ribbon enters a period of explosive growth. What we’re looking for in this role:

  • You have experience scaling an early-stage, high-growth company across the full employee cycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and development
  • You have an immense passion for creating & scaling an exceptional, high-performing, empathetic, and kind culture
  • You believe that people are the key to every successful company and have a track record of acting on that belief
  • You have analytical rigor and a hypothesis-driven approach to make people strategy decisions and to design and improve critical processes
  • You have a strong desire to coach & improve our organization at every level, including coaching our management team, leading learning & development initiatives, and building out our People team
  • You have a commitment to and proven track record of building an inclusive, equitable, and diverse team and culture

Your day-to-day:

  • Leadership & strategy: Work closely with and be a part of our leadership team to set and execute our People strategy
  • Training & development: Train and develop your teammates to ensure values and culture are evident across every step of our People experience and help our culture reach its full potential as we scale, starting with onboarding through the entire Ribbon teammate experience
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion: Lead our DEI efforts and drive tactical initiatives to ensure that we are creating and maintaining the most diverse, equitable, inclusive, and welcoming culture possible as we grow and evolve
  • Processes & best practices: Collaborate with the whole team to define and document our people processes and Habits of Excellence
  • Talent acquisition: Support our recruiting efforts and work closely with the Talent team to help guide and problem-solve our recruiting efforts
