About the Role 

The HR Systems Manager is a member of the People Operations Team that includes HR systems, Total Rewards, HR Operations, HR Analytics, and Payroll. You will partner with stakeholders inside and outside the People department to help design, deploy, streamline and maintain processes using Workday and other systems. 

You will be a critical team member involved in the implementation of Workday HCM and the ongoing management and enhancements to maximize the Workday system for Frame.io. Your work will help drive innovation and efficiencies in how people work and how the business operates.  


Requirements

  • You have experience with Workday systems design, test and delivery. You have worked on the successful implementation of Workday, complete with integration across teams/other systems 
  • You have extensive experience working with the Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management and Payroll Workday modules
  • Experience building software integrations for Workday
  • Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences
  • Functional HR knowledge in areas such as onboarding, payroll, benefits administration/enrollment, compensation and leave administration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordination across multiple teams
  • Ability to apply discretion as it relates to confidential or sensitive information
  • Practical, business-oriented approach to problem solving and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balanced by an appreciation for complexity and risk


Responsibilities

  • Over the next 6-12 months you will implement Workday
  • Manage the ongoing administration, implementation, and maintenance of the following areas in Workday: Core HCM, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management and Payroll 
  • Provide day to day support for HR technology solutions including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws
  • Perform testing, impact analysis and acceptance of Workday releases
  • Develop and manage security groups and roles and assignment of those roles in Workday
  • Manage the development and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other systems and vendors
  • Buildout or enhance custom reporting and dashboards in Workday to deliver metrics and data insights as well as assist with operational efficiencies, including delivering routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responding to ad hoc data requests
  • Analyze, recommend enhancements and make corrections to business processes and other aspects of system configuration to streamline HR and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity
  • Assist in the development of HRIS training plans to help end-users carry out role-based and user-based responsibilities in the system
  • Ensure data integrity through audits and continuous improvement with data entry both within HR entry, manager self-service, and employee self-service
  • Partner with stakeholders across the People Team to help them utilize Workday and other HR systems to develop and implement effective people processes around the entire employee lifecycle and experience (i.e. attract, recruit, develop, perform, retain, separate, re-engineer)
  • Deliver simplified and streamlined processes that help the People team, managers and employees use corresponding systems more effectively
