WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Possess deep knowledge of HR processes, advice on best practices for optimizing the use of HR tools, drive global HR process optimization and standardization
- Act as the administrator / super-user and leader for current HR systems including UKG (HRIS), Greenhouse (ATS), Lattice (Performance Management) and ChartHop (Org Development) including data integrity, process functionality, new releases and security.
- Understand end to end process and integrated data sources, and identify data inconsistencies, execute solutions to improve data integrity.
- Partner with HR and the business to understand and define business problems and issues, analyze data and present insights.
- Partner with all key business areas, in particular the IT Security team, to ensure data privacy issues are considered at the outset of new projects, products and initiatives
- Maintain regular reporting shared with business leaders, locations and HR community in the form of dashboards, presentations and reports. Conduct regular audits of system security, access, permissions, and approvals.
- Create training documentation for each system and lead live training sessions as needed
- Develop and implement process improvement procedures and policy changes to improve efficiency across HR systems
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in HR system providers, vendors, and technology
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management preferred
- 5+ years successful experience with HR systems; Strong knowledge of UKG highly preferred
