Human Resources Coordinator
Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry and we’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. As a Human Resources Coordinator you will be the “go-to” resource to assist employees from hire to retire. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, dedicated, detailed-oriented with a strong desire to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment. You should be able to not take yourself too seriously as well.
What you’ll do:
- Meticulously organize and help welcome new employees as they onboard.
- Manage compliance of various state and federal requirements including: I-9 authorizations, background checks, etc.
- Own our employee files including the uploading of new hire documentation; ensuring we are in compliance
- Keep processes, policies, and documentation up to date and inform areas we can improve the employee experience.
- Maintain and regularly update content in our internal intranet system.
- Process employee lifecycle events within the HRIS and other related systems: onboarding, off-boarding, employee changes.
- Manage separation process by sending exit interview surveys, coordinating in person exit interviews and saving necessary exit documentation.
- Manage HR Mailbox including responding to all general inquiries.
Who you are and what you have:
- 1-2 years of HR or related work experience in a high growth organization (could include internships)
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business / Human Resources
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required
- A friendly attitude and willingness to tackle the people operations role with a more edgy approach
- A curiosity and passion to learn a lot! Always pushing things forward and simplifying our processes and procedures.

- PHR or SPHR Certification
