People Experience Manager- US
The People Experience team’s mission is to make monday.com an exceptional and positive place to work. As a People Experience Manager, you will lead our employee experience efforts in the United States. You will help shape, initiate and lead projects and processes within the people experience world, making our employees feel valued and appreciated. To be great in this role, you are self-driven and motivated with a high degree of ownership and you love being productive and detail-oriented. You also possess a positive and upbeat attitude and interpersonal skills that will enable you to work with all levels of employees, including Hiring Managers, Directors, and even our co-CEOs! Your role will focus on promoting and implementing our unique culture and values at monday.com locations across the US.
About The Role:
- Create a wellbeing strategy for all US employees (7 sites + remote) aligned with the company and employees’ needs.
- Create and implement programs and initiatives designed to maintain and improve employee engagement
- Plan and execute Large scale company events and activities from A-Z, such as parties, trips, happy hours, celebratory toasts, lectures, family events and more.
- Identify, develop and lead various programs for communities within the company to enhance a sense of belonging, such as the ERGs, employees' families community, etc.
- Take care of employees' personal life events- professional and personal.
- Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously including both online, offline, and hybrid event formats
- Build, manage and track yearly wellbeing budget.
- Work closely with stakeholders such as HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement and Ops on a day to day basis.
- Create and meet KPIs for people engagement and development.
- Experience in managing the employee life cycle from A to Z.
- 3+ years as Employee experience/Events Production/ or similar roles - MUST.
- Experience in end-to-end execution of large-scale events - MUST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask without hindering quality.
- Experience in startups or the high-tech industry. Working in global companies - Advantage.

- High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to think strategically and take ownership
- A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure, and eye for detail.
