As a People Operations Coordinator, you will help us support our great people as well as on-board new great people! You will be part of a tight-knit, dynamic, and detail-oriented team, so a collaborative spirit is a must.

What You'll Do:

• Support Zocdoc'rs by answering team member questions and providing concise and timely information.
• Lead new hire Onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork, verifying I-9 documentation, maintaining employee files, and assisting with new employee background checks.
• Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Process benefit changes through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
• Perform HRIS data entry and employee file maintenance.
• Respond to requests for employment verification.
• Respond to claims for unemployment benefits.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee records and information.

What's Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least one year of work experience in an HR or HR-related field
• Experience with HRIS is a plus
• Experience with Excel is a plus
• Approachable demeanor and clear written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a love for challenges
