Imagen is extending the frontiers of medicine and artificial intelligence (AI) to improve human well-being. In the short term, we are building state-of-the-art AI software to reduce diagnostic errors in radiology and improve patient outcomes. Our clinical team is comprised of radiologists and surgeons from Mayo Clinic, Stanford Hospital, Hospital for Special Surgery, Boston Children’s Hospital, and other prestigious institutions. Imagen’s technical team is comprised of machine learning PhDs and engineers with extensive experience doing research and building technology and products at leading companies, including Google and Facebook.

Talent is a top priority at Imagen and the Recruiting team is responsible for building lasting relationships with the best talent in the market. We’re looking for a full-cycle Recruiter who can manage the recruiting process end-to-end and be a true partner to hiring managers. This individual will be responsible for implementing and executing talent and sourcing strategies to build a mission-driven, world-class team. Our ideal candidate is creative, thrives under pressure, and is committed to developing a deep understanding of the talent market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruiting process end-to-end from defining the talent strategy to closing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define the talent strategy for searches across the organization
- Develop and maintain relationships with the best talent in the market
- Continuously improve and build on existing processes
- Source, recruit and hire top talent utilizing all channels (direct, agency, web and referrals)
- Provide training and mentorship to Recruiting Coordinators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and equivalent + 5-7 years of relevant Recruiting experience. Sourcing experience is a must
- Established track record of building strong, long-lasting relationships and managing processes
- Ability to strategically partner internally with stakeholders at all levels, bringing to the table a solid emphasis of accountability, rigor and high standards for talent
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and detail-orientation
- Passion for Recruiting/Talent Acquisition/People
