Talent is a top priority at Imagen and the Recruiting team is responsible for building lasting relationships with the best talent in the market. We’re looking for a full-cycle Recruiter who can manage the recruiting process end-to-end and be a true partner to hiring managers. This individual will be responsible for implementing and executing talent and sourcing strategies to build a mission-driven, world-class team. Our ideal candidate is creative, thrives under pressure, and is committed to developing a deep understanding of the talent market. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting process end-to-end from defining the talent strategy to closing candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to define the talent strategy for searches across the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with the best talent in the market
• Continuously improve and build on existing processes
• Source, recruit and hire top talent utilizing all channels (direct, agency, web and referrals)
• Provide training and mentorship to Recruiting Coordinators 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent + 5-7 years of relevant Recruiting experience. Sourcing experience is a must
• Established track record of building strong, long-lasting relationships and managing processes
• Ability to strategically partner internally with stakeholders at all levels, bringing to the table a solid emphasis of accountability, rigor and high standards for talent 
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and detail-orientation
• Passion for Recruiting/Talent Acquisition/People
