We’re looking for a can-do and hungry Recruiting Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Recruiting team! This person will be primarily responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews across our highest-growth business areas: go-to-market and G&A! The Recruiting Coordinator will also be tasked with maintaining an Inkredible hiring experience across all candidate touchpoints. By also liaising with our internal HR and onboarding teams, the RC will be a key part of the hiring process post-signed offer. Responsibilities:

• ​​Provide an Inkedible candidate experience by scheduling (and re-scheduling), coordinating and confirming global interviews quickly and with care 
• Support Movable Ink’s employer branding efforts by keeping our job posts and profiles up to date
• Continually audit and update all of our recruiting documentation, both internal and candidate-facing (ie offer letters, outreach templates, candidate one-pagers, interview prep documents)
• Manage the post-signed offer process by acting as a point of contact for new Inkers who are joining

Qualifications:

• Prior work or internship experience and interest in HR, Recruiting, or Marketing 
• Ability to move quickly while keeping candidate experience top of mind
• Unparalleled communication skills; we’d love for you to be an over communicator
• Curious. A desire to understand the enterprise b2b SaaS landscape, our tools, systems and processes with an eye to continuous improvement
• Extremely detail oriented
