Join Zocdoc as a Recruiting Coordinator! You’ll play an absolutely essential role in our company’s growth by delivering an outstanding interview experience to each and every candidate that we interview.

 


What you’ll do:

  • Schedule a high volume of complex interviews within our technology/engineering organization
  • Responsible for the candidate interview experience from first contact through the interview process
  • Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and recruiting systems 
  • Act as the liaison between hiring managers, candidates and recruiters



What’s required:

  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly 
  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with Google Suite a plus
