Job Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator at Trialspark, you will help the staffing function work more efficiently. The role will also give a clear development path for someone looking to build a career as an In-House Recruiter i.e. on the job training providing a solid introduction to recruiting best practices and the strategies used to find and recruit top talent. Key responsibilities:
- Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Conduct initial calls to determine fit for key positions
- Source, find and engage talent
- Greet candidates upon arrival for their in-person interviews
- Research and coordinate industry and university recruiting events
- Perform reference checks
- Create job descriptions and manage online job board posts
- Additional administrative responsibilities and projects related to recruitment
