About the role:

Are you passionate about the ongoing transformation of healthcare delivery through technology? .The Thirty Madison Platform combines technology, services and infrastructure to power our proprietary care model. Our team works collaboratively and cross-functionally to offer strategic support for all of our healthcare businesses as they grow. Over the next few years, our platform will expand to encompass additional services and solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external partners

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to help grow the Thirty Madison team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with demonstrated success in non-engineering teams of fast growing organizations. Partnering with members of our People and various teams, you will have a significant impact on the continued growth of a high profile healthcare organization that is changing how people manage chronic conditions. We are looking for someone that can hit the ground running and fill open requisitions, but can also bring a creative approach to helping grow our talent and brand. 

This role reports to our Recruiting Lead. This role is remote and contract-to-hire and/or short-term candidates will be considered.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage diverse stakeholders and reqs across all  departments; build and maintain candidate pipeline across Strategy & Operations, G&A, Design, and Product.
  • Research, uncover, and engage top talent using creative methods and sources (more than LinkedIn); A/B test reach-out methodologies and build a diverse talent pipeline
  • Help shape and execute the recruiting strategy to be aligned with Thirty Madison strategic objectives
  • Actively and passively source, screen and manage candidates throughout the hiring process (from initial contact, offer acceptance, to onboarding)
  • Lead the candidate experience by advising recruiting leads/hiring managers on identifying, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates and extending offers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a non-technical role. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for communicating. 
  • Experience managing multiple high priority roles.
  • An ability to learn quickly, adapt, and adjust on the fly. 
  • A comfortable sense of urgency and a need to make sure everyone is always informed. 
  • A passion for People and a desire to learn and grow within this field. 

Bonus:

  • Experience using Greenhouse or Lever ATS.

These are unprecedented times and we understand the impact to everyone is different. Our goal from the beginning has always been about employee safety first. We went from optional to mandatory work from home very quickly in March, and we have told employees that they can remain remote for the balance of 2020 to allow them to appropriately plan where they want to live.

I really appreciate that Thirty Madison has tools put in place that show the company truly values work-life balance. We have monthly Refresh Days where the whole company is off, and we also have an annual vacation stipend offering $750 for people who take a full week off during the year, encouraging us to detach and take a vacation!

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

"Infrastructure" can be an overloaded term. To me, Infrastructure is everything up, down and to the sides of the code that Engineers are writing. Our goal is to abstract those bits away, so we can guarantee safety, speed and reliability by default. That way Engineers can focus on building features that deliver value to our patients.
