We’re looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to join our People & Places team!
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a point of contact to team members, answer HR-related questions, direct traffic. Work with HR generalists and HR business partners to support organizations across Snap.
Support HR programs and processes by administering team member changes and people-related transactions, such as manager changes, promotions, terminations, and transfer letters.
Apply curiosity and proactively seek to learn about Snap, the HR function, and the role HR plays at Snap.
Execute and deliver on internal process improvements to drive effectiveness and efficiencies for client-facing HR team.
Draft and maintain process documentation on Snap’s intranet, Snappy.
Partner with different teams across the People organization to complete verifications of employment, I-9s, etc.
Ensure employee records are updated and maintained in a timely and accurate manner
Lead full-cycle management of unemployment claims, audit preparations, etc.
Oversee our Snap-A-Wish program, which includes monitoring the email account, assessing situations as they come in, communicating with the appropriate HR Business Partner, providing recommendations to requests, and tracking wishes/gifts.
Handle any initiatives supporting the overall HR service delivery model at Snap.

1+ year experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Proficiency in Mac and Google applications, such as sheets, slides, and docs
