SVP, Human Resources (Head of Global HR)

As the SVP, Human Resources you will be responsible for leading the Global HR organization. We seek a business oriented HR leader who can translate business needs to sound HR solutions and be responsible for implementing talent initiatives to drive a high performance culture in a fast growing, ever changing business.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, dedicated, detail-oriented with a strong desire to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment. You will serve as a trusted partner and advisor for the C-Suite, the board and the senior leadership team. This key leadership role will help drive the building of a strong leadership team who can deliver results.
You should be able to not take yourself too seriously as well.
- Domain expert in major HR practice areas (around the talent wheel) in change management, strategy, org design and culture/employee experience building, talent acquisition, on-boarding/assimilation, goal setting and learning and development, performance management and compensation management, people analytics, as well as succession planning and employee mobility program design and implementation.
- HR strategy. Develops market HR strategy aligned with market business strategy and global objectives. Defines the priorities regarding development of the tactical HR solutions for the market, and ensures consistency among policies, standards and tools existing in the market.
- Business planning and reporting. Coordinates any business planning and reporting activities in the area of human resources.
- Business continuity. Ensures business continuity from the HR perspective through definition and implementation of business-critical HR processes, such as key-roles succession planning, compensation planning and all other talent management initiatives.
- Human Capital Effectiveness. Defines - on the basis of HR strategy - and monitors organizational, financial and HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of the organization in the human capital area and develops recommendations regarding changes in the structure, roles, processes, competencies, staffing or workforce composition.
- Change Management. Leads and/or supports key market business leaders in organization-wide change management initiatives.
- Employee Relations. Oversees all employee issues and determines remediation plan and approach.
- Employer Branding. Ensures all employer-representation activities are aligned with the employer branding strategy, IAS values and business strategy.
- Team Management. Leads and develops the performance of the HR team in line with the performance management system and company values, in order to achieve objectives.
Who you are and what you have:
- Minimum 5 Years Experience working in a high growth Technology Organization
- Minimum 15 years related Global HR experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the business in its operational and financial aspects
- Knowledge about labor law regulations
- Practical experience and theoretical knowledge about HR processes (talent acquisition, development and training, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, succession planning)
- Understanding of internal customer needs and proven ability to solve non-routine problems for them
- Ability to effectively act as a change agent for market Top Leadership level partners and help the business embrace business decisions/ initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions
