Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing HR team in New York!
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, curious self-starter excited to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition. This role will play an integral part in supporting the talent acquisition function in our US locations and contribute to the overall success of the team.
You will assist with core administrative functions of the talent acquisition process including liaising between external candidates and hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and remaining the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. You are passionate about the candidate experience and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About The Role:
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience and communicate regular status updates
- Support recruiters with scheduling interviews and ad hoc tasks
- Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to the ATS
- Collaborate on sourcing efforts, identifying potential talent to build strong candidate pipelines
- Research and compile market data / reports to assist with building robust sourcing strategies

- Experience in a fast-paced environment (internship experience is a plus!)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent follow-through skills
- Able to be flexible, proactive, and able to easily shift priorities
- Curious, with a keen interest in learning and building a career in Talent Acquisition/HR
- Excellent analytical skills as well as oral and written skills to communicate complex issues in a concise, straightforward way.
- Proficient in the G-Suite, Slack, LinkedIn, and experience working with an ATS.
