Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Smartly is looking to add to our Americas Talent Team! In this role your focus will be on seamlessly managing candidates through the interview process. You will report to the Americas Talent Lead and work closely with the other members of the team, as well as HR, to create an outstanding candidate experience. You will assist with recruiting functions, HR operations, and administrative tasks in the Americas.
Successful candidates must be sociable, have excellent problem solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential! This is a great opportunity and a chance to be a part of our growing global People team!
Though we are operating fully remotely while we navigate the current public health climate, this role will ultimately be located in our Manhattan office.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will...
- Work as part of the Americas Talent team to help build a best in class recruiting function in support our US and LatAm business
- Effectively manage all coordination and logistics of interview scheduling for all stages
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates both virtually and onsite
- Help to manage our ATS (Greenhouse): assist with job postings, interview setup, and data hygiene to ensure best practices are in place
- Work closely with the HR team and Office Operations on New Smartlie orientation and first day practicalities
- Monitor background checks and assist with new hire paperwork
- Have the opportunity to work and collaborate with the greater Global People team as it relates to company culture and core values
- Ad hoc projects as needed
We are looking for you if you have...
- A strong interest Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources
- Worked in a start-up environment (Social or Ad-tech is a plus!) in a similar role
- Knowledge of candidate management systems (ATS)
- A passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to be proactive, work independently and within a team
- Discretion around sensitive company information
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
