Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Ogury’s success. As a talent partner on the talent acquisition team you will be responsible for helping to define and execute the talent acquisition strategy and deliver against a wide variety of vacancies including sales, publishing and operational positions. 


What you will be doing

- You will work on hiring activities globally with a focus on commercial roles

- Use practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and invest time in activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach

- In this position you will partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation to evaluate talent, structure deal terms and seamlessly integrate new hires

- Project manage a number of priority initiatives for as part of the implementation of the global TA and people strategy

- You will work closely with the global HR business to support the full employee life cycle including needs definition, onboarding and succession planning 

About you

  • You have strong experience as an in-house recruiter. Search agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience in creating & implementing talent strategies.
  • Track record in successfully partnering with key stakeholders in the business
  • You have the ability to influence talent sourcers to succeed
  • Your skills include advanced sourcing techniques to find amazing people
  • Knowledge of the AdTech market is a must
