Talent Acquisition is the core strategic driver of iCapital Network’s success. As a member of our team, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will play a pivotal role in executing sourcing strategies, talent pipelining and candidate engagement activities to bring the best and brightest talent to iCapital Network. Responsibilities:
- Help to define, design and implement search strategies for a variety of roles. This includes understanding and mapping the talent pipeline.
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through alternative search techniques.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates.
- Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
- Support a phenomenal candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement.
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
- Effectively balance multiple tasks and priorities of equal importance.
- Quickly develop productive partnerships and insights to influence stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and contribute to team based reporting on sourcing and recruiting activity
- Assist in the development of internship and/or early career programs
Experience:
- 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience across multiple technology, finance, accounting, legal and marketing disciplines. Knowledge of the FinTech space a plus.
- Experience researching, sourcing, and approaching passive candidates.
- Experience working with ATS (i.e., Greenhouse)
- Must be detail-oriented and autonomous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
