What You’ll Take On:

  • Provide front end support (finding, sourcing, and phone screening), for all our corporate functions
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of roles, team functions and how they fit into the broader organization
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Work with recruiters to review inbound resumes
  • Maintain strong candidate experience and relationships
  • Manage the sourcing process through the ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Be prepared to think out of the box

What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of sourcing experience across all corporate functions
  • Experience sourcing for a wide array of technology roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
  • Ability to engage passive candidates and manage the candidate experience
  • Ability to effectively screen for technical and non-technical acumen via phone screens
  • Experience hitting or exceeding performance goals
  • Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and recruiters
