Technical Recruiting Lead

We are building a world-class team to help drive our business and scale to the next level. As a member of our team, the Technical Recruiting Lead will work closely with our Recruiting Manager and technical leadership team to develop creative strategies to find leading tech and product talent for our fast growing business. With a focus on a creating an inviting and engaging candidate experience, the Technical Recruiting Lead will generate and efficiently manage the candidate pipeline across specialties and experience levels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment: Lead strategic efforts for critical roles across levels, functions, and global offices from talent attraction to on boarding
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with the Senior Leadership team, apply critical thought to the design and development of scalable recruiting processes and strategies
  • Strategic Partnership: Lead competitive analysis and compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure proper and competitive positioning
  • Process Development: Partner with stakeholders to define roles, write job descriptions and structure evaluation and selection processes
  • Agency engagement: Effectively evaluate potential third party partnerships, build highly effective working relationships with external partners to support the hiring process
  • Proactive sourcing: Execute on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates through proactive initiatives
  • Candidate management: Screen candidate applications, manage candidate communication
  • Candidate experience: Effectively educate candidates on AlphaSights and available opportunities; facilitate a positive and impactful experience
  • Creative solutions: Familiarize yourself with the talent market to identify creative opportunities to reduce time to hire
  • Talent attraction/ Branding: Partner with Communications to develop methods for using technology and social media to enhance the recruitment, screening and hiring of qualified individuals.
  • Ad hoc projects; Partner to continuously develop process improvements to enhance the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike

Qualifications:

  • Proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree)
  • 4+ years in corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search
  • Interest in building and scaling effective processes to obtain greatest business impact
  • Ability to work autonomously and take a project from start to finish
  • Strong business acumen and ability to quickly learn about different business functions by asking the right questions and listening
  • Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership, mentoring, coaching
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
