Vice President, Talent Development
The Vice President of Talent Development will lead a global team that will provide our people and managers with the tools and frameworks that they need to be successful in a purposeful, inclusive and performance-driven culture. They will develop and implement relevant and innovative learning experiences when and where they need them while ensuring that our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is embedded in our practices, policies and strategic learning and development programs.
This person will collaborate globally across all of IAS to develop a best in class employee experience and to identify, develop and retain high potential talent across all levels of the organization. Additionally, this person will lead the sales enablement function focusing on initiatives that will result in increased sales, higher productivity and reduced ramp time for new sales team members. This role will further oversee our Employee Resource Groups and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council.
Learning & Development
- Work with global leaders, cross-functional peers and people managers to understand training and development needs and ensure compliance of training activities
- Mentor and manage a high performing learning and development team
- Lead enterprise design, development and delivery of strategic learning solutions and sustainable learning operations including planning, content development, execution, and evaluation
- Create a measurement and evaluation methodology to determine program effectiveness and to inform future investment strategies
- Continually assesses the operational effectiveness of training and development to deliver service, reevaluate approaches, and introduce innovations to change paradigms that are ineffective
- Direct field training delivery including the implementation and execution of new training programs and curriculum using a range of blended learning solutions (including instructor-led, off the-shelf and virtual/web-based), ensuring that quality training standards are consistently achieved throughout field operations
Sales Enablement & Customer Success
- Empower and align the sales and customer success teams with the knowledge, skills, tools and processes to accelerate their sales velocity and productivity
- Partner with Sales & Customer Success Leadership to create the enablement plan with clear deliverables
- Work with our Sales Operations team to further develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to improve onboarding and continuous training of Sales & Customer Success team members
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process and to assist Sales & Customer Success Management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies; this involves tying enablement to an overall sales & customer success journey map and helping the sales teams understand the upstream and downstream connections to that journey

- Partner with our Executive Team and other Leaders to continue to increase leadership awareness, commitment and accountability for prioritizing I&D efforts, addressing identified areas for improvement, creating an environment of belonging for all team members

- Act as a key resource for our Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs by creating the right framework to support the programming and community that these groups foster
Qualifications
- 15+ years of strategic leadership experience in HR functions with specific experience in running Learning & Development functions
- Experience in building out functions, department or groups, including all people, programming and supporting technology
- Strategic oversight of design and organizational development initiatives that target leaders and senior managers is highly desirable
- Experience in translating external best practices and trends into innovative and operationally sound internal programs with measurable positive impact on outcomes
- Demonstrated experience facilitating company-wide initiatives involving stakeholders at all levels and across all functional areas
- Ability to assess organizational and business needs and effectively translate into appropriate solutions
- Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes and programs
- Strong communication skills, including strong presentation, writing, and listening skills that embrace cognitive diversity and embody sound business judgment
