About the Job
- Manage logistics for on campus events and initiatives including career fairs, information sessions and club events
- Schedule a high volume of interviews across various roles
- Post job postings for all open roles on various platforms
- Arrange and book travel accommodations for candidates including flights, hotels and other transportation
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Respond to general department inquiries and manage agenda for team meetings
- Support general administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding as needed
About You
- Bachelor’s degree
- All majors/concentrations are welcome (majors with a high set of transferable skills are preferred)
- Organizationed and detail oriented
- Strong problem solving skills
- Demonstrate good judgment and a positive attitude
- Maintain strict confidentiality of data and information
- Effectively manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Event planning experience preferred
Annual Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000. Base salary does not include discretionary bonus, if eligible, or benefits.
Range reflects annual base salary. Total compensation packages are comprised of base salary and a discretionary bonus.
Salary Range:
$65,000—$75,000 USD
