What this job actually is:

We generate seller leads — people who have expressed interest in finding out what their home is worth or who are considering listing. Your job is to be the first voice they hear. You'll make outbound calls, send follow-up texts, and set appointments for our listing agents.

This is a phone-first role. Most of your day is calling, texting, and keeping our CRM up to date. If you're energized by conversations and thrive on a consistent daily routine, this fits. If you prefer minimal phone work, it won't.

What you'll do day-to-day

  • Call new seller leads within minutes of them coming in — speed to contact is the single most important factor in this role
  • Follow a proven contact cadence combining calls, texts, and emails over the first 7 days
  • Log every interaction in our team CRM — we're a systems-driven operation
  • Set qualified listing appointments for our agents
  • Keep unresponsive leads in long-term nurture and check in regularly — many listings come from leads that were months away when they first came in
  • Participate in a brief weekly team check-in to review your pipeline and numbers
