About the role: We’re looking for a trusted advisor to work alongside our client executives and account managers supporting large and mid-market P&C carriers and brokers. You’ll sit in conversations with CIOs and CDOs, understand their data and AI ambitions, and help them structure programs that actually deliver business value.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
• Partner with account teams to shape data and AI strategies for carrier clients
• Advise CIOs and CDOs on building the right data foundation — governance, quality, architecture — before the AI layer
• Sequence initiatives so early wins build credibility and show measurable value
• Translate between business stakeholders and delivery teams
What we’re looking for:
• Deep P&C insurance experience — underwriting, claims, actuarial, or distribution
• Hands-on work with data and AI programs, not just theory
• A track record of earning CIO-level trust as an advisor
• Comfortable in a sales-adjacent role without being a traditional salesperson

QualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Total years of experience: 20+ years with 10+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or advisory roles within the consulting or technology industry
