About the role: We’re looking for a trusted advisor to work alongside our client executives and account managers supporting large and mid-market P&C carriers and brokers. Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
• Partner with account teams to shape data and AI strategies for carrier clients
• Advise CIOs and CDOs on building the right data foundation — governance, quality, architecture — before the AI layer
• Sequence initiatives so early wins build credibility and show measurable value
• Translate between business stakeholders and delivery teams
What we’re looking for:
• Deep P&C insurance experience — underwriting, claims, actuarial, or distribution
• Hands-on work with data and AI programs, not just theory
• A track record of earning CIO-level trust as an advisor
• Comfortable in a sales-adjacent role without being a traditional salesperson
