- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
- Research and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Support the Business Development Manager in preparing presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.
- Assist in managing and updating the company's CRM system with relevant information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business growth initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for business development opportunities.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

IT GRADUATE LEVEL
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in IT projects, including software upgrades, system migrations, and infrastructure improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional to support IT initiatives and projects.

FINANCE GRADUATE LEVEL
- Currently pursuing MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Good standing with graduation after internship completion
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams
