Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage various phases of patent litigation in federal courts.
- Handle document production and review, discovery strategy, and meet-and-confer discussions.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Work closely with technical and damages experts in preparing expert reports.
- Draft substantive legal memoranda, motions, and persuasive briefs.
- Participate in PTAB proceedings, including inter partes reviews (IPRs), when applicable.
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients on case strategy and litigation planning.
Anticipated Compensation:
- Expected salary range: approx. $225,000 – $325,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall background.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of patent litigation experience at a comparable law firm or IP boutique.
- Technical background in engineering, software, or computer networking.
- Degree in Computer Science (CS) or Electrical Engineering (EE) preferred.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- New York Bar admission required.
- USPTO admission preferred, but not required.
