About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the team

The IT Platform & Automation team builds and runs Legora’s identity, device and SaaS systems, working with Workplace Technology, Information Security and business teams to keep them reliable as Legora grows.

As an IT Automation Engineer, you’ll own Serval and find automation opportunities independently and in partnership with your peers. You’ll also partner with People Technology on HRIS integrations and automation. You’ll build workflows using automation platforms and AI agents, verify their effects in connected systems and read generated code when it helps you troubleshoot.

Our stack includes Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Serval and Lumos, with Fleet for Apple device management. Automation is the main focus, with occasional employee support and troubleshooting.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own Serval: manage its day-to-day operation, configuration and integrations. Keep workflows reliable and documented so teammates can support them and know who owns each part.

  • Find work worth automating: identify and deliver opportunities independently and in partnership with your peers. Assess which are worth pursuing and take them through rollout and maintenance.

  • Build workflows and integrations: use automation platforms and AI agents for onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, SaaS administration and keeping data consistent across systems.

  • Support People systems integrations: work with People Technology to build and test integrations between our HRIS and other business systems.

  • Build AI-enabled services: help employees find information and complete approved actions. Set permissions, approval steps and fallbacks for uncertain answers or failed actions.

  • Plan and deliver changes: compare approaches and explain the tradeoffs in reliability, complexity, cost and employee experience. Coordinate dependencies with system owners and use staged rollouts with appropriate recovery steps.

  • Test workflows: use automated checks to catch failures and regressions, and verify results in connected systems.

  • Keep workflows running: monitor outcomes and fix recurring failures. Use run histories, logs and API responses to trace problems across systems, reading generated code when it helps.

  • Measure the results: track changes in manual effort, errors, delays or control gaps. Check that people can use what you’ve built, incorporate feedback and finish any follow-up work.

Who you are
  • Practical automation experience: you’ve identified useful opportunities and built workflows or integrations that others use. You can explain their impact and how you maintain them.

  • Comfortable with platforms and agents: you can translate requirements into instructions, configure integrations and adjust workflows based on results.

  • Careful about testing: you know how to test a workflow and verify its effects in connected systems, using automated checks where useful.

  • Sound judgment about AI output: you can assess accuracy, consistency and usefulness, and know when to investigate or ask for human review.

  • Able to follow technical logic: you understand workflows and how data moves through APIs. You can read generated code when troubleshooting calls for it.

  • Experience in corporate IT: you’ve worked with identity, SaaS or IT systems and understand how account, group and access changes affect employees.

  • Comfortable with some ambiguity: you can plan work when requirements are unclear and coordinate with the people it depends on. You explain tradeoffs and know when a decision needs someone else’s approval.

  • Accountable after launch: you’re comfortable owning a system’s day-to-day operation, resolving problems and helping others use it.

Nice to have
  • Experience with Serval or a similar platform for AI-enabled workflows and service automation.

  • Experience automating processes using HRIS APIs.

  • Familiarity with Okta, Lumos, SSO, SCIM, employee lifecycle integrations or Apple device management.

  • Experience connecting AI agents to tools and knowledge sources, setting their permissions or evaluating their performance.

  • Experience setting up automated workflow tests, regression checks or monitoring across applications.

What’s in it for you
  • Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.

  • Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success.

  • Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily.

  • In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily.
