Position to fill: Sales Rep, Managed Services, Financial Sector
Industry IT Services
Location: NYC (lower Manhattan), USA
Salary range: US$80K-90K base (for Entry level ~ 2yrs experience; can be more for
more experienced candidates).
Job Description:
This position’s purpose is to develop key relationships to locate suitable business
opportunities and to develop new client accounts purchasing the company’s solutions
and services in the New York/NJ Financial/Capital Market vertical.
Requirements:
 5+ years of IT solution sales with at least 3 years of experience selling data
management solutions into financial accounts/cap markets space.
 Excellent knowledge of capital markets, equities or fixed Income securities.
 New Business Development: Experience working as a Hunter
 Excellent experience of solution-selling strategies and tactics.
 Strong experienced in selling solution services---especially data
management/storage and security solutions--- through effective cold calling and
in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business
with the clients.
 Highly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills.
 Should have met and exceeded Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals.
