What You'll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for employees requesting technical support through our help desk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues including password resets, login problems, account access, connectivity, and basic application support.
  • Follow documented troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles to resolve recurring issues efficiently.
  • Document, prioritize, and manage support tickets through resolution using our ticketing system.
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to our development team with clear and thorough documentation.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service while keeping employees informed throughout the support process.
  • Contribute to improving internal documentation and knowledge articles as you learn.
What We're Looking For
  • Recent graduate (Associate's, Bachelor's, technical program, bootcamp, or equivalent) or graduating soon.
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to build a career in IT.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft applications and interested in learning AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
