Sales Representative (Large-Format Graphics & Visual Communications – B2B Sales)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative (onsite) to join our growing team and drive sales of large-format color printing and visual communication solutions. This role focuses on selling high-impact products such as point-of-purchase (POP) displays, banners, murals, signage, trade show graphics, and custom large-format prints to a diverse range of B2B clients, including Retail, Advertising, Manufacturing, Fashion, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B clients to promote large-format printing and graphic solutions
- Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Gain in-depth knowledge of wide-format printing processes, materials, substrates, and finishing techniques
- Present and communicate product value, emphasizing benefits such as brand visibility, customer engagement, and marketing impact
- Collaborate with internal sales and production teams to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Track and report daily sales activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen sales and product knowledge

- Strong desire to build a career in sales, account management, or business development
