Junior Sales Executive

Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in IT sales, staffing, and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, supporting account growth, and assisting in client acquisition efforts.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking

Support senior sales team in client meetings and account management

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment team

Prepare sales presentations and proposals

Maintain CRM records and track sales activities

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets


Required Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Highly motivated with a results-driven attitude

Basic knowledge of IT staffing or consulting industry is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Preferred Skills

Experience in cold calling or inside sales

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills
